Back on Track
Been a few days since I posted, simply because it has been a few days since I hit the gym. I started my program anew since I took so many days off, so today was again ...
Run & Walk

I pushed myself on the runs doing 6 of them at 6mph and 5 for the rest. walking I went easy with 3-3.5 mph.
I did 2.22 miles in 32 minutes
SO!! a good day back on track and i am thinking of entering a 5k in early April, with no real goal, other than to finish and to see what a race is like. should be fun, it is in carlsbad and apparently the course runs right along the beach, so worst case scenario, i get to run along the beach in the back of the pack :) by restarting my program today I should be running 8 minutes and walking one by race day, if i can keep up with the 6 mph runs, that puts me in a place to finish the race in about 40 minutes, which last year for that race would have put me in 285th place :) but I am not even going to worry about that, and just focus on getting my feet over the finish line.
