OMG running...
So today we were back to run 1 walk 2..
so I started with a 5 minute walk, then started my runs
I did all my runs today at 6mph but took it easy on most of the walks (3-3.5)
in total I did 2.46 miles in 37 minutes (5 minute warm up, 2 minute cool down) i was tired, but not dead after, so that is a good sign.!
