not too shabby
I have been doing doing a lot of aerobics on excercise TV, probably more than is good for me since i could hardly walk over the weekend. so I am now only doing the aerobics/DDR on tue, thur and sunday when i don't run or at least after I run if i still have the energy in the evenings. I ran short today, only 25 minutes because a) my legs are still hurting and b) it rained on me!! :) So, 1.7 miles today, which is still better than 25 minutes of video games and no miles at all :)
